一、軋制油配比
1、 Rolling oil ratio
鋁冷軋軋制油由基礎(chǔ)油添加I%一10%添加劑混合組成。基礎(chǔ)油與添加劑要求有較好的相容性,在使用中不易生成油泥而降低潤(rùn)滑冷卻效果和使用安全性。結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況,目前我公司采用MOA-100基礎(chǔ)油與WYROL12添加劑,添加劑含量控制在6.8%-7.3%,粘度2. 5cSt -2.6cSt,污染度3級(jí)以?xún)?nèi),餾程230℃一280℃,殘餾3%以?xún)?nèi)。

軋制油使用中要避免設(shè)備潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油等重油混進(jìn)軋制油里,造成粘度增高,除油困難。如已經(jīng)混人過(guò)多重油并經(jīng)分析化驗(yàn)軋制油粘度過(guò)高時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)更新軋制油。

二、軋制油過(guò)濾

冷軋時(shí)軋件與軋輥摩擦,不斷磨下細(xì)鋁粉,使軋制油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的鋁粉含量愈來(lái)愈多,軋制油的潤(rùn)滑性能隨之降低,鋁粉又易粘在板帶表面上,惡化了板帶表面質(zhì)量。為了延長(zhǎng)軋制油使用期限和提高板材表面質(zhì)量,在加工過(guò)程中對(duì)軋制油必須進(jìn)行過(guò)濾。

目前主要使用板式過(guò)濾器,把過(guò)濾介質(zhì)硅藻土、活性白土和軋制油混合后,予涂在過(guò)濾紙上,過(guò)濾器有二垛,每垛過(guò)濾紙為10層。由容積過(guò)濾介質(zhì)和多層過(guò)濾紙形成容積過(guò)濾裝置,臟軋制油通過(guò)它達(dá)到精過(guò)濾的要求。板式過(guò)濾器工作壓力達(dá)到3喃/c擴(kuò)時(shí)必須重新更換過(guò)濾紙。板式過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾精度達(dá)0.55m,過(guò)濾能力32001/min.
