鋁板熱變形條件是什么?

鋁板的熱變形條件包括變形溫度、變形速度及熱變形量。同一合金在不同熱變形條件下進(jìn)行高溫變形熱處理將有不同的效果。

1、鋁板變形溫度愈高(選擇溫度時(shí)須考慮該合金的塑性區(qū)),動態(tài)回復(fù)愈易進(jìn)行,金屬中的儲能愈少,再結(jié)晶愈困難,因而提高變形溫度對高溫形變熱處理有利。

2、鋁板變形速度愈快,位錯的組合過程愈難進(jìn)行,影響動態(tài)回復(fù)過程中亞晶的形成。因而為了提高高溫形變熱處理效果,應(yīng)降低變形速度。在所有常規(guī)壓力加工方法中,擠壓變形的速度相對較低,采用擠壓更易實(shí)現(xiàn)高溫形變熱處理。在同樣的變形溫度及變形速度條件下,變形程度愈大,金屬中變形儲能愈多,對再結(jié)晶過程有利,因而對高溫形變熱處理有不利的影響。
