清洗原理鋁板帶在冷軋制過程中,因軋輥與鋁板外表沖突和碾壓,其外表會發(fā)生細微的氧化鋁粉掉落和吸附,軋制油及其順便懸浮成分會殘留在鋁板外表,對鋁板帶復合、涂裝等成品加工形成不利影響。而目_拉彎矯直時由于帶材在輥上發(fā)生劇烈曲折變形,對帶材施加的張力一部分轉(zhuǎn)化為帶材對張力輥的壓力,并終究構(gòu)成沖突力,帶動輥組。因而,如果帶材外表未經(jīng)清洗,變形時氧化鋁粉掉落,隨著油污一同x附在張力輥的輥面,使輥面發(fā)生磨損,并形成鋁板略傷,故有必要通過專門的清洗裝置進行清洗。
